What we do for you as coach

Coaching offers a unique partnership with someone who has walked the path before you to enable you to discover your self through inspiration and shared experiences. Our role as your coach is to create a safe, supported and structured environment for you to explore possibilities.

For example, a butterfly must struggle on its own to emerge through the crack of the cocoon, such that blood from its body may be pushed to its wings, so that it can fly. It is damaging for someone, such as an innocent child wanting to help, to disrupt this process because the butterfly will remain deformed with a large body and tiny wings, and it will never be able to fly.

Of course, you will have to work through your own struggles and challenges to achieve personal transformation, just as the butterfly must metamorphose all by itself if it is to fly.

What you do for yourself as client

You commit to regular meetings in one-on-one sessions that last up to 60 minutes. In general, meetings are every two to four weeks to maintain momentum.

During each session, you are invited to be open and honest. The more you can lean into being vulnerable and authentic, the better your results.

Between sessions, you are encouraged to continue the work by taking the discussed actions, which may include reflections and structured exercises.

While each client is different, our clients get a strong direction after six sessions. Coaching packages are offered from a minimum of 10 sessions because coaching is a change process that takes time. We can work together for as long as you consider our work to be meaningful, and we can stop at any time you feel it is no longer needed.
