Success Stories.

“As I started to build experience in the industry, I fell in love with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role, however there were many barriers in my way, which included my lack of PhD qualification and minimal experience in pharma. I started to have less and less confidence in myself when I was constantly reminded by many about these barriers. MEDEX ALLIANCE was instrumental in building my confidence, identifying my innate strengths and showcasing me my potential. When I was lucky enough to get an interview for the current role that I am in now, MEDEX ALLIANCE helped me learn about the role, including the challenges, and coached me on how I would face them, as well as how I can better showcase my ability and potential, competing with candidates with both a PhD background and experience. Later on, as the interview process progressed, mentoring helped me successfully deliver a medical presentation, making sure I focused on the basic science and real world applicabilition.

I can quite confidently say that without the friendship, coaching and guidance, I wouldn't be the MSL I am today.”

“My friend/colleague and I just finished 8 sessions of coaching with MEDEX ALLIANCE. We needed guidance on the future of our webinar series that we created, and we had no idea where to start. MEDEX ALLIANCE helped us to define our goals, our strengths, our weaknesses, and our intended outcomes. Each session had unique, fun, and thought-provoking activities. These exercises not only focused on helping us achieve our goal, but they also challenged us to think about our relationship as friends and colleagues, and how we want that relationship to look moving forward. At the end of 8 sessions, we had exceeded our initial goal and achieved all of our intended outcomes. The experience of coaching with MEDEX ALLIANCE was positive, helpful, and worthwhile. We have already moved forward with our plan for the webinar, and we have a renewed appreciation for our personal and professional relationship. Thank you for all of your efforts!”

MEDEX ALLIANCE’s positive and encouraging attitude allowed us to break down intimidating concepts such as goals, strengths, and metaskills in a way that was easy to tackle. There were a variety of interactive activities during our sessions. While most of the activities resulted in positive conversations, sometimes they led to more difficult conversations such as challenges and weaknesses, which ended up resulting in impactful outcomes for our projects and our friendship. These coaching sessions proved to be a productive and rewarding experience that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun way to progress towards their goals and visions.
