Once you sign up, there is a sixty-day timeframe to submit documents (resume/CV, cover letter or other as required), as well as arrange the diagnostic call and coaching calls (if applicable). You must respond to edits and email requests within these 60 days.
Please do NOT sign up for these packages if you cannot commit to completing the work within 60 days.

A line-by-line edit of your resume/CV with track changes.
NOTE: This includes an edit of ONE version of your resume / CV. Additional fees apply if you have different versions and you require editing for each of these.
Cover Letter Editing Service
A line-by-line edit of your cover letter with track changes.

NOTE: This is a specific coaching exercise that does NOT include extended feedback on your elevator pitch, your story, your networking efforts and so on – all of that is offered in the coaching calls.

Following the personalised coaching call, you can submit your revised 2-3 minute elevator pitch in a 1-page written document. We will provide you with feedback to revise your pitch within 5 business days.
Personalised & Customised Action Plan
This is a 1-page document that summarises your recruitment strategy and a set of actions that you commit to pursue.
LinkedIn Profile Service
LinkedIn is a powerful networking tool when it is used optimally. You will get feedback on your LinkedIn profile to enhance your online presence.
Two (2) Edits of Emails
Two (2) rounds of editing emails of your choosing. This may include follow-up/thank you emails, interview request emails, introductory emails and so on.
NOTE: One round includes an edit of ONE version of an existing email that you have written, and excludes drafting emails from scratch.
Mock Interview Preparation: One (1) 30-Minute Call
These 30-minute calls are a mock interview as if you are in a real situation. You will get feedback on how to construct and deliver commonly asked interview and behavioural questions. You will also have the opportunity to ask any recruitment-related questions.

Coaching Package ($2500)
Coaching packages are personalised programs designed to support you to move forward with clarity and courage.
1. Discover
In this introductory 30-min session, we explore if we are a good fit and find out how we can work together.
2. Align
In this 60-min session, we will delve deeper to understand what matters to you—your hopes, fears and dreams. We will also design our partnership alliance and determine goals for our work together.
3. Shift
We offer 8 x 60 min sessions over a maximum of 12 months because coaching is a change process that takes time.
4. Integrate
This 60-min session is a chance to reflect on the journey so far. It is a space to celebrate the wins, dance in the space between hope and reality, as well as forward actions beyond our partnership.
